We are excited to announce that LEAD-IN will be participating in this year’s Erasmus+ Days!
In the spirit of celebrating international mobility and exchange via Erasmus, we will be championing interconnectivity through an online webinar that will give a brief overview of five of the core areas of inclusive leadership that we focused on during the LEAD-IN project: awareness of self and school; building an inclusive school vision; building an inclusive team; pedagogical and didactic climate of inclusive teaching; and parental and community involvement. To complement our mini presentations, we have invited school leaders among the LEAD-IN consortium partners (from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and Poland), who will share their experience as part of the program and will elaborate on some of the inclusive leadership practices at their schools. Participants will also be able to chat with members of the research team and the school experts, who monitored the program for more insight into its benefits and current educational trends.
We are calling upon anyone who would like to join us on October 16 between 16:00 and 17:30 CET for an hour and a half of making new acquaintances, leading fruitful conversations, and broadening your understanding of what makes inclusive leadership a tool for youth empowerment.
